From the earth to the table

The farm to table Fattoria Maria was born in 2006. Opening a restaurant was a natural step for Anna and Emer, because Anna has always loved cooking for others.
This incredibly important decision was followed by an even more important act of courage, leaving her previous job to focus on this new adventure. After all, when the pleasure of cooking for other people and the love for the kitchen and the earth are the foundations of a project, you have to follow your heart, set the tables and get to work!

“The vegetable garden and the seasonal products inspire dishes and menus. The products of the garden and the orchard give us ideas that we put into practice immediately, because our tradition and our history have taught us not to throw anything away and turn the products of the earth into something good”, says Anna.

The menu of Fattoria Maria is made of genuine zero-km ingredients, coming from the garden and the orchard of the farm. The dishes are always fresh, prepared on the very same day . And served to perfection, because appearance is also important!
A lovely lunch or dinner at the farm, perhaps after a drink outside, is a moment of conviviality.
The setting is cared for in every detail, both in the dining room and in the veranda: the tables are far away from one another to ensure maximum privacy for each guest. The parking is outside, away from the tables, so that car engines won’t bother your moment of relax.
In winter the indoor room is always ready to welcome guests, but in summer there is also a veranda, to eat outdoors and enjoy the warmer weather.
